Battson Contracting Co., Inc. is a service-oriented utility contractor with experience and knowledge in quality installations of water, sewer, storm drain, underground electric, underground gas, underground telephone, highway signage, highway illumination, traffic signal installation & maintenance, and NOW INTRODUCING: concrete cutting, coring & breaking.

Since the inception of our company in 1994, Battson Contracting has established itself as a leader in the utility contracting business.  As former Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of a Dallas-based utility contracting company at which Jimmy Battson had worked for 37 years, he utilized his experience to hand pick an outstanding base of empolyees to form a foundation for building a strong company enabling him to rapidly become a competetive force in the industry. 

Battson Contracting began operations performing water, sanitary sewer, and storm drain installations.  In order to meet further needs of our clients, we have since become licensed with the State of Texas to perform underground fire line installations.  In addition, operations have been expanded to include gas, electrical, telephone, conduit, heavy highway, and sawcutting operations.

We make every effort to meet deadlines and work closely with general contractors in meeting their goals.  Our company has an established safety policy, drug policy, and Haz-Com policy to minimize problems and improve performance.  We carry Workers' Compensation and General Liability insurance often with excess limits of those requested by clients.
